CrewAide Records keeps the lists a small business otherwise keeps in a notebook: people, requests, what is owed, and items on hand. This listing puts those lists in the agent you already talk to.
You subscribe to this listing alone. A workspace is created for it. It is not the scheduling workspace. There is nothing to connect first.
Each list can be written a row at a time or imported from a CSV. Ask what Rivera owes, or ask for the customer list as a CSV, and the answer comes back in the same chat. The row is the outcome. Nobody outside the conversation is contacted.

Use cases
A name comes up while you are talking and then lives only in the transcript. add_customer writes that person onto a list this listing keeps, so the next question can ask for them by name.
Someone asks for work and you are not ready to quote it. add_lead stores who asked and what they want. The lead stays a row. Nobody is emailed or texted.
You need what Rivera owes, in the same chat, without sending Rivera anything. record_balance writes the amount, and list_balances reads it back.
The count of what you have is in a spreadsheet or in someone's head. save_product and set_stock keep the sku, the price, and how many are left. search_products finds one by name.
The lists are already in a file. import_customers, import_leads, import_balances, and import_products take the CSV in the call. export_report hands one list back as CSV in the response. Nothing is emailed.

Q.Does this include the schedule?
No. Visits, shifts, and holds are CrewAide Scheduling. Subscribing here does not open that workspace, and its rows do not show up here.
Q.Do I need a CrewAide account?
No. Subscribing creates this workspace only. There is no separate signup.
Q.Can I get the list back as a spreadsheet?
Yes. export_report returns the CSV in the response for customers, leads, balances, or products. Nothing is emailed.
Q.What happens if I cancel?
New calls stop. This workspace and the rows in it stay. Cancelling does not delete the lists, and it does not affect a scheduling subscription.
