CrewAide Scheduling is one board for visits, shifts, and holds. You put a name on a day and a time, or you pass preferences and get the open hours back with a weight on each. A taken hour is refused.

Use cases
The week is being planned in chat, and Tuesday at 2 exists only in the transcript. schedule and book_appointment write the visit onto a board this listing keeps, so the next question can read that hour back.
Two people can ask for the same hour. The board refuses the second one. A visit or a hold on a taken hour comes back refused, and a shift that overlaps one already on the board does too.
Someone says they want Wednesday mornings. rank_schedule reads the next seven days of open hours and returns a weight for each, highest first. It writes nothing until you book one.
You need a person, or only a role, on Thursday from 9 to 5. add_crew_shift saves that shift and leaves it off the text list, so nobody is notified.
The week is already in a spreadsheet. import_appointments and import_crew_schedule take the CSV in the call and write the rows. list_schedule reads the board back.
